Sovereign Councillor Susan Morris has dug deep as work to beautify Pacific Drive has officially got under way.

Harbour resident and campaigner Susan led the team of contractors as new plants, palm trees and other greenery were planted along Pacific Drive. Susan said, "As the gateway to the North Harbour, many local residents said they wanted to see improvements and beautification along Pacific Drive. We've listened and we've done what the residents wanted."

Working with Eastbourne Borough Council's parks and gardens team and local contractors Milhams, work is well underway and residents are set to see a much greener entrance to their Harbour.
